Asked for landline didn t know what a landline is. Called from Manchester. Postcode M126LT. Could not tell me where they got my details from in the first question.

Don t know who this is, believe its British Gas from reading others comments. Been calling every other day on my mobile when I m working. I m a British Gas customer but don t know what they want, why don t they leave a message or just send me a letter!
