Certainly not from the Whitehaven area because these numbers never begin with 0 after the area code. It s a spoof number so therefore a SCAM

I didn't answer but was left a very weird voicemail. A robotic sounding female voice claimed to be officer Dennis Grey from HMRC, and if I didn't call them back on this number (even said 'I repeat, call me back on 01612503855') immediately they would start legal action against me. Blocked and reported!

They try to steal private information! FRAUD. A woman called Emily HACKWOOD calls you offering a job but it's not real. o not call back the number, the voice says something has been installed on your phone.
