When I answered the phone I could hear general office / call centre background noise, but no one replied to me. Used 1471 to get the callers number and was warned that if I rang them it would be a premium cost call.

SCAM - supposedly from the National Crime Agency
I get called three times a day from this number, there should be a law against these nuisance companies, so they can be prosecuted for harassment.
Caller claimed to be from BT security. When I said "great" he hung up.
