We had exactly the same situation happen as described above, Sarah Parker was incredibly aggressive and rude to both myself and my Director on numerous occassions when we tried to question her over her fictional invoice, when i asked to speak to her manager she hung up on me. She did not identify herself or their company clearly, and fired a barrage of questions at us, despite our refusal to interact with her.
