Like the other reviews say, they wait for a hello before starting their automated message. Say hello at around the 10 second mark and let the message talk away for another 20 seconds. It s their phone bill, so I am answering every one.

Caller claimed to be from Severn Trent Water telling me that I haven t paid my bill in the last six months - checked the bill and found out that this company charges on a 8 month Direct Debit format. Interesting scam - have informed the company about the call!

SCAM / SPAM Said that they were BT and our lines had a virus and that the line would be down for months. I hung up as I could see that he was not legitamate and would go on to try and get me to download his software to fix the problem!!!
