Lovely lad called Dylan from Action Legal phoned and was asking after PPI - he had the wrong name. I explained that this number was registered with the TPS so he shouldn't be calling. Never mind the call continued! Explained that I used to mis-sell PPI as that was how I was targeted with regard to Performance Management - did my usual speech about how its bringing down education and the health service. We parted friends!

This number called claiming to be from EE. They managed to get my card number and expiry date, by offering me a new deal on a phone. I have now had to cancel my card. This is a scam!
