silent call from what appears to be Kinross, in Scotland. my number is ex-directory and TPS registered so how did they get my number? i have no connections with Scotland and number appears to be "from a network that is unable to transmit numbers " so it is more than likely a scam. avoid and block this number.

caller says it is a survey and they are not trying to sell you anything but does not divulge were they got your number from.
They ask for amazon giftcards and even google play store giftcards and they have a picture with a baby and a mom on whatsapp to gain sympathy from victims, sent a grabify link convinced then to click it and found out they live near Sydney street in Australia, New South Wales and their ip address is 103.2.196.164
