SCAM / SPAM text message reads: '02:We were unable to process your latest bill. In order to avoid fees, update your payment information via: https://o2.uk.update230.com/?o2=2 This was not received on an 02 number and my 02 phone number is PAYG so no billing info required. Your system states that this is a vodafone number so how can it be from 02?? when you input the link into google it takes you to the 02 website-very clever!
