SCAM This number called me today. It was a bot voice claimed it is from UK HMRC and asked me to press 1 to speak to an officer. I didn't press, but it is highly suspicious.

indian or Pakistani woman called asking to speak to a different name to mine and she had the wrong address, obviously had the correct phone number. I said I was the man she said and the address was correct but told her a different telephone number. I could hardly understand what she was saying so I put the phone down, she phoned straight back. that was the third time that day and about 10 times this week. very annoying, wouldn t be so bad if she could speak English clearly and properly.

Guy phoned talking about wine investment. Somehow had all my details and kept trying to force me to listen to his little story. Told him I wasn t interested and he hung up the phone!!

The lady caller, did not introduce her company and tried to make out that she could save me money on my life insurance premiums. Told her I wasn t interested 3 times but she wasn t going to take no for an answer. I said goodbye and hung up.
