3rd call today. Apparently info transfer slowing down my internet which they can fix if they access my computer. I asked if he worked for BT which he said he did. I asked for his employee number - he put the phone down. Strong Indian accent - again.

Called on my mobile on 01913009015 first. Asked to confirm if I had a loan between 2008 - 2012 and said I was due a refund. Although I ve never had a loan I strung him along by saying I had loan of £500,000. Asked me to hold for reference number. Cut him off. He rang back on 01422373222 and said we must have been cut off. Asked me to hold again. I cut him off. no further calls.
