"Harassment calls" seems to be the worst option available here, but these people are liars and scammers. They are not from O2 - I checked with O2 and they have confirmed this. They re just criminals, liars, scammers... take your pick but don t deal with them, don t give them any information and - if possible - call them out in their lies. But protect yourself first, so maybe just tell them you know they re scammers and then just hang up. they tried to hack my account at the same time that they ran g me.
A phone call claiming to be from Amazon, asking me if I wanted to continue after the free trial. I don't know if they would have asked for payment details, as they hung up when I said it couldn't be me as I already had Amazon Prime.
