They are scam artists claiming to be technicians from Talk Talk. They say that your router needs changing. They want you to input a code into your computer. They hang up when you ask them if they can confirm your name or address. Do not deal with these people as they are phishing for your personal information and may rip you off financially.

Buggers tried to call me just now. I have blocked their number from my phone. Last time they tried to call me I was on vacation and I had to PAY to receive their call. Bastards.
