Foreign sounding woman. Claiming to be from 'Ofcom Telecom' & that I was paying too much for my phone line & they could provide cheaper. Initially I was puzzled as, seemingly nothing more than a coincidence (but one wonders), I am just in the process of moving from BT & thought this might be genuinely connected to my new provider to be.
