Called asking for feedback on my banking experiences. Was unsure at first but they didn t ask for anything identifiable. Just who I bank with, and what I like/dislike etc. They report it back to the banks so hopefully my commnents will make a difference!!!

Call supposedly from the National Crime Agency saying that my national insurance number had been cancelled, I hung up.
This phone number is dubious at best. I answered an automated call it was hung up quickly. I have blocked the numbet.
15/01/21 Received automated call using american accent claiming to be from Revenue and Customs. I do not believe however that this was legitimate revenue and customs because they would have sent a letter detailing any taxes that were due in order to release any packages i had imported. Also the call would not have had the threatening tone that it developed at the end where it advised me to ready my legal team for further action, had I not returned the call. i have blocked the number
