SCAM Claims to be from amazon saying someone in LA is using my prime account (dont have one) and 79.99 is being held on my card. Couldn't give me any details and wanted my credit card number (dont have one). I just kept asking questions until they got frustrated and hung up
Recorded message. "Your internet will be disconnected" etc.
Have been called 2/3 times a day have now threatened them will legal action if they continue to call.
"Chris" from a home energy / improvements company. I asked how he got my number. He said it was from a database of people who have made home improvements recently. I advised my home is rented - he hung up! Clearly not a genuine company if they are that rude. Other reverse number websites have listed this as a scam

Why did this company seek my telephone number following an enquiry on the internet
SCAM / SPAM Rang and when I picked up line went dead. Not had a single nuisance call during lockdown and now the little creeps are coming back out to play ????
