Had 3 calls tryed too call back but no dialling tone ?

spam calls from this number - when calling back from blocked number they answer and said that they are an 'accident manangement company' ie: spam caller.
H&M customer service calling in response to email query I sent but when I didn t answer, they emailed me back instead.
Automated recording saying calling from fraud investigating department.... I put down the phone as I received many such calls from different numbers and they will ask to press button and try to get as much personal details possible for eventually doing fraud.
