The harassment has started again. Recorded message telling me that I ve missed a call from my internet provider and so on and it will be disconnected within the next 24/48...

Answered and it just hung up.
Automated call "diverted from BT" to tell me that my internet was being cut off today. The usual "press 1 to speak to the technical department", "press 2 to continue the disconnection process" Obvious scam. Its dangerous and could be very costly if you interact wit these people. Take care and just put the phone down. Block the number if you can or better still don t answer the phone.

I am on the TPS registry and am not supposed to get these kind of calls so they are breaking the law. The calls were unasked for and unwanted

SCAM: I believe this caller is possibly cloning local STD numbers. In an American automated-voice it then claims a substantial purchase has been made fron Amazon via your VISA account. Both of these accounts I have since checked and have not been affected in this way, hence my reporting this bogus land-line call.
