I once answered the phone and asked who is it and they automatically cut off. I find it strange how this is becoming the norm all of a sudden. I refuse to change my number though if you call me, I think it is only right that you introduce yourself first. Since they did not I know they have something to hide!!! This number just called me asking for me by name I asked who was calling they said IT and something was wrong with my computer. At that point I put the phone down.
