SPAM / SCAM / ANNOYING - where did they get out telephone number from? The call was supposedly about old windows and doors scrappage scheme - to see if we were eligible. It seemed that the caller at the other end of the telephone may have been AI rather than an actual person as 'he' didn't actually comment on what I had answered but just went onto the next question. I therefore asked if it was a real person or AI and if it was AI, then I wasn't interested, and hung up.

Arrogant Arsehole at the end of the phone trying to get me to set up a direct debit for a washing machine warranty that they tell me has run out. When phoning back on the number I am informed that it doesn't exist.
Caller claimed to be from sky to check broadband speed. They got remote assess to computer. Everything on desk top vanished.
