Contacted because I d had an accident that wasn t my fault. (I haven t) But I said yes to see where they d go with it. I was transferred to another department and they started asking for details. I told them that surely they have those details if they ve called me about it. She claimed it was in another department so I told her to speak to them and call me when they ve got my money! Total scam.

Repeatedly calls when requested not to. Keep insisting they can save money on my business phone/broadband, I tell them I m not interested, they keep wanting to come to my office every time. Getting rather fed up with it now.
