My mother phoned a local plumber, then this company started phoning. They sent round 2 men, 1 of whom replaced a working boiler with a new one, the other refused cheque or bank transfer and drove my mother to bank to get £4000 out in cash. They left no warranty, receipt or benchmark booklet. I am reporting to Trading Standards, police and need to get someone out to check if the work is safe (no gas safe certification).
apparently chasing up poll tax / council tax non payments. just ignore if in scotland. nothing they can do.
