Caller put the phone down when I asked who it was but when I redialled the number it the call was answered with a message to say it was the National Hearing Clinic!!!!

These nuisance calls are from criminal parasites. BT run the lines and presumably receive rent or payment for access to the network. Are they benifitting from criminal activity....
