I have a TalkTalk case with the Ombudsman and TT have simply ignored the Omb s ruling, so TT passed A/c to DRS - which they are NOT allowed to do while the case is still with the OMB - but TT obviously don t think rules apply to them. Have told DRS that case is with OMB and they shouldn t be calling either, but, like all debt collectors, they re ignoring that as well - no doubt the OMB will faff about further until I take the claim further up the food chain.
