Someone using this number called me 3 times in the early hours of Sunday morning around 1am. Left no message either time.

tax scam fraud. Automated message saying someone logged fraudulent claim to HMRC under your name and if you don t speak to them, cops are on the way to arrest you.
Claims it is from a well known Telecom Company and Broadband provider (it is not). It is an attempt to get access to your computer. They will state that you have had broadband issues that they have picked this up from your hub (extremely unlikely, it is impossible to monitor every hub any ISP provides). It is an attempt to get remote access to your computer. ISP's do not use mobile numbers, they will always do a check as to who you are, these people do not even ask who you are as they do not know.

Claiming to be from Amazon asking whether I wanted to cancel or continue a subscription. Could only provide me with the initial and surname. Couldn't tell me the name of the initial. i.e. J. Brown, but couldn't tell me what the 'J' stood for. Indian accent, obvious scam.
