Knew my full name. Foreign woman wanted to ask me about my all inclusive holiday I had had in recent years. Told her I had not had one and she hung up.
Safe number
I am so fed up with their phone calls. I told them last September that I did not need it now, but they would not give me a refund, even though I still had 8, months left. There customer service to you is unbelievable.

Answered to this number, heard a beep and was put on to hold music and a recording repeating "It is important that we speak to you". Hung up after I realised they gave no information about what company they worked for. Very annoying.
