SPAM Claiming to be from "Advice plus" - typical call centre, Indian sounding guy with lots of background noise. Knew my name, wanted to help me with my "debts" from Covid, told him I had none, he reeled off all possible debts, I replied no to each one, then went to what about utility bills, said all up to date, asked him to delete my number, he then went back to his debt script trying to talk over me. SCAM / SPAM I have just had an automated call from this number and they said it was the Customs & Revenue Service. I was informed if I didn't press 1 to speak to my case officer then a warrant would be issued for my arrest. I suspect that if I had pressed 1 then I would have been told by the "Case Officer" that I needed to pay x amount to prevent the arrest warrant being issued. If this was a valid call then I will update this when they come to arrest me.
I keep getting calls from them, 3 a day since 8th Sept. I ve blocked them
