The caller (a woman) informed me that I had been awarded £3750 in ppi claims which has come directly from the FCA (financial conduct authority). They stated my full address and said a fed ex delivery would arrive with a package containing the cash. I was put on hold and transferred to her “manager“. He stated that I had to pay a fee of £375 by buying amazon gift cards. I laughed as I then realised it was a scam, and he was then abusive and terminated the call

Fraud - pretending that you have registered for a bitcoin trading account. Hung up when I asked them to provide details of which website this was (of course I realised it was a scam but wanted to challenge them).
