Exactly the same as above, Asian voice, said he was BT and following up a broadband fault and when I told him I did not have any problems he terminated the call.

Repeated ringing me, despite me repeatedly telling them I am not interested, and offering me a FREE business listing but I m just an elderly private ex-directory subscriber not a business. Amazingly they quoted my initial and surname - that combination is only shown on the telephone account records of my new telephone provider KCOM, to whom my line was transferred on 8 March 2018. That combination of name and initial is shown *nowhere else*. It is a Data Protection & Privacy violation.

Called representing Public Health England - I sensed fraud. Called again using abusive language, racial language and threatening my family.
