Phone rang when I answered caller hung up....

I cancelled a breakdown protection plan on my freezer, and now this company is starting to harass me,by phone & postal mail, to try and persuade me to renew it. I tore the mail up and returned it to them in their prepaid envelope, felt good! I have a call screening phone (BT 8500) so they never get through and I have blocked their numbers. Other phone numbers they use are 0800444231 & 08444810250.
