They new my name. Asked only my date of birth. Phoned me on both landline and mobile within seconds of each other I had used my card v recently that evening. They told me, automated, what transactions were of concern, and they were right about them. Nevertheless, v unpleasant to receive such an automated call

We are a company, not a domestic, why should these scammers be calling a company? I told them no thanks and hung up. nuisance callers, they could be keeping our line busy whilst real customers ring us!
