Called claiming to work with o2 and offered a free upgrade on my contract. They seemed to know my details already, however o2 do use other companies such as aerial direct so sadly I fell for this one. Nearly 2 weeks later no phone has arrived and when I call back it goes straight to a voicemail which no one returns my call. I am waiting to hear from o2 and aerial direct to confirm if this was in fact them or not but I strongly believe this is a scam and am now worried why they wanted my details in the first
