Called claiming we have a virus on our router, and it’s being tracked. Obviously a call centre as when I answered no one responded at first and I could hear lots of noise in the background. The woman was speaking very quickly and had a very strong Indian accent, so was difficult to understand.. I hung up, and have blocked the number.

Fraud - Claim to be from talktalk wanting to reset my router because "sometimes your internet is strong and sometimes it is weak". Our router has been reset before by talktalk (genuinely) and they do this remotely, on their end. However this scammer told me he had to do it via my laptop and asked me to log on to it and go to a run file thing etc. Obviously just trying to load some sort of malware!
