SCAM - caller made no sense, said it was a health survey report but would not explain what they meant, when I asked what they were talking about the caller said it's an industrial health report, I then told the caller I had no idea what he was talking about...his reply was that Covid is a very serious matter and the pandemic is affecting the world, my reply was that I am very much aware of what Covid is but no idea what he is talking about and why he called me - he then hung up
the caller said they were from yorkshire bank fraud team
I apparently missed their call but they left a voicemail saying..."You have missed a call with regards to a survey you agreed to give" but gave no indication of who the company was.....I NEVER agree to do surveys

I need to know who call me when my phone is off or out of services
I ve just received a call from person saying they re from BT, my Internet isn t secure and I have viruses on my computer. They asked to speak to the account holder, and I m sure if it was genuine BT they would have gone through some security checks - which they didn t. Pretty sure it s a scam, but hung up without finding out.
