i believe this number is part of a scam regarding customs and tax possibly. The voice belonged to a male however most likely electronically generated. i was told to press one (1) on the phone to be directed to someone and if i did not i would be liable... i hung up at this point.

Fraud/SCAM Pretends to be Revolut, they knew my name, home address and email address used with Revolut. Claimed my card ending NNNN was added to new device, tried to get more information. When I asked how do I know they are Revolut, they said I can check number at the back of the card. Wanted to confirm my last transaction - if I shared information they would be able to possibly attempt access recovery on my account. The caller number can be easily spoofed. When I told that to the caller they hanged up
