This was about selling funeral plans and was extremely insensitively done and far too early in the morning. I would like to complain about it but can't get hld of anyone. I don't think these kind of calls re death and funerals should come in unsolicited - what if someone had just been diagnosed with cancer. And I had just been grieving for my sister. Clearly this is a nuisance and most certainly is unsolicited. Whilst the number appears to be a Manchester number clearly it is not. An elderly family member had a call from this number and in no way could understand the Asian caller. It is probably a fake number. When they ask if I have been in an accident recently my usual answer is to say "You tell me you seem to know". To the contributor who asked what 00 means in front of the number it is simply the first 2 digits you would dial when calling
