If you call this number back it tells you it has not been recognised so no idea whom it’s from but they didn’t move past my call guardian

Called several times over last couple of weeks but always missed due to work. Finally got to answer this morning. They told me I am owed PPI from a loan I took out dating back to 1997! I let him waffle on for a few minutes then politely explained that I was just 5 years old in 1997! He replied with Oh and put the phone down!
