This is a scam - they advertise a 'free' trial and then use the details you provide to cover postage, to take money from your account. They refuse to provide an address
Said he was ringing from the claims department and was owed £2500. Didn t help that was waiting for a call from my insurance company and he had my name, address and post code. Only when I pressed them when he asked for my email address did he start talking about ppi. Reluctant to give any company name apart from claims department. I hung up!
