Definite cold call here - I ve had calls from this number on a brand new sim card, haven t given the number to anyone at all, yet TNS have called me three times on this. Funny thing - on the third call from them I answered. Got the same spiel as everyone else, basically "Hi, I m calling from TNS, we re doing research for government departments... blah blah blah... Telephone number 01865 523988 is a scam trying to say errors on internet broadband device
SCAM This number came up as 00 44 1461 280025 which is Gretna in Scotland. I live in the UK so should have come up as 01461 280025. Answered called to an Asian man telling me that he hadn't called me as he was busy with his sister's wedding [apt Gretna Green] Rang the number myself and it was for Housing Disrepair Team. May be legitimate but with what I heard on the phone and the number showing as 00 44 I hung up and blocked the number. Be careful.
