Fraud
Some Academy or other, guy called himself Eric. Got upset when I told him it was illegal to cold call in the UK! I wasn't prepared to explain so hung up! I'd never heard of them, so had no permission to call me!
For anyone concerned, BT s recent service changes info pack indicated that people can now block nuisance calls for free. I hope these scams qualify!
