Silent call
This caller asked for me by name when I asked who they were they hung up not the first time
I am suspicious of this phone number. The man phoning spoke good English with a strong accent and was convincing. He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. Re The failed bank payment, the bank itself stopped this money and when I spoke to my bank it was decided that the £149 seemed high for an anti viral program and there was a possibility of fraud. Also, I had not received any notificat

SPAM

Hung up immediately.
This number was attached to a scam text telling me a virgin money account (not a customer) was placed on hold. All false.
Bank security saying two charges from my bank card. checked with my bank no charges were made
Fraud
Claims to be HMRC , but goes to an Indian call centre. Ignore .
Call from this number. Attempted bank scam "unusual activity, press 1 for further details" etc. Confirmed a scam call by bank.

Call center. Nobody answered when I said hello. After a few seconds of silence, the call disconnected.Silent call
On ANDROID just block the number, it called me like 50 times per day, but since I blocked it I have peace of mind.
SCAM Message Reads as follows: "Hi mum, changed my number to 07883301278. Let me know when you receive my message ok. X" Delete it!
Noone on the end of the call. Number not valid when I tried calling back. Now blocked and reported
SCAM I think received 2 calls so far, doesn’t connect just comes up as a missed call….. no idea who or what it is
