I don t say anything anymore when I pick up the phone. That way I don t get into an argument/discussion I don t want. Anyone legitimate phoning me will usually say something once the ringing tone stops. If the re not legitimate, they hang up quickly and move on to call someone else. Anyone I want to speak to will have my mobile number anyway and can get me on that. Works well for me.

They are posing as Mark Group - should you get to speak to a person ask them for the company name before agreeing to give them your info. Then pretend you know them, tell them they ve helped you already and have provided you with both
