Claiming to be from BT openreach, insisting they need access to your main computer. Don t let them as this is so obviously a scam. Daily (at least) phone calls from a call centre sounding environment, all callers to me have had Asian accents. I have demanded to be taken off their lists but to no avail.

Female caller said I d had a bump 3 years ago according to their records which had come up on my insurance renewal. Load of rubbish - I ve not had an accident for over 20 years! Told her this and she just went "oh" so I hung up. Would have liked to see where this was going (their phone bill, not mine!) but I didn t have the time.

Got a voice, but signal poor, and call failed, think they have called more than once, but the odds are against them getting through in this black spot for signal!
