Suspiciously, this number phoned me on 23 Dec, just to find out if we were open over the Xmas period.

Call at 13.30 They claimed that a solicitor would call today with a cheque for £4500 for me as a result of a High Court ruling that my bank had over charged me. I asked which bank account and they said Lloyds TSB, when I told them that I hadn t had an account with that bank they said that it could have been a credit card or bank loan thru a third party. I ve had a couple similar calls in recent weeks.
