SCAM - No. Is sending text messages stating that your Hermes parcel cannot be delivered and you need to click a link and pay a fee to reschedule redeliver. Hermes do not charge for redelivery. DO NOT CLICK THE LINK. They are after your bank details to clear out your account and then they follow up with a call to shut your scammed account down meanwhile taking all your personal details in order to set up accounts and loans in your name.
