Lying con artists pretending to be calling from BT. They want you to allow them access to your PC so they can doubtless get up to some nefarious activity. HANG UP
probably a mask for a real number from abroad. Caller had Indian Accent and it was the well known "Windows Technician Scam" (try Google if you do not know about this scam)
