Keeps calling and hanging up. When I called back (as in my town) said they were having trouble with their phones. Not my problem - don't keep calling me! 4 times in one day.

This call came out of the blue. I know no-one who lives in Ringwood. When I answered (10:45 14,11,2020), the caller hung up.
