Asian man called today . Claimed it was regarding PPI and a new legislation that has been passed which required my bank to pay me an additional PPI rebate. Told me my bank would be contacting me after 9am. A number I recognised as my banks phone banking number called several times while I was in a meeting. When I called back and spoke to my bank ON THE SAME NUMBER !!! they had no record of the "rebate" etc. Bank contacted their fraud department and passed on the number. Definitely fraudulent so BEWARE.
