Just had a text call on my landline from this number, followed by a garbled computer generated voice message about either paying out or receiving money from Paypal and giving me the link to their web page. I hung up, but I did order something and paid by Paypal, goods received earlier today via Royal Mail. I presume it was something to do with that.
