Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre, or scam. For sure some general call centre. In most cases they just provide silent calls to let you call them back. DON'T DO it, it will cost you a fortune. Did someone answer any number of this range or this particular one? I use the app from these pages to block whole ranges of similar numbers, works fine...

unknown recipient - when i answer phone no one spoke - I tried to call back but was then placed in a queue and told to hold for next operative with no indication of who the company was??!! GRRR infuriating as I was sat in the garden with some rare sun.
