Do not announce themselves
SCAM claiming to be calling from BT with problems on your internet. (I am not with BT and never have been for 17 years)
con artist say they are from bt openreach want to run speedtest duh 1. BT openreach do not identify themselves as BT, the just say openreach - check the vans, they are a bt company and try to play it down 2. my contract is not with openreach, it is with vodaphone 3. I have a vodafone speed test app on my phone which is not erporting problems (other speedtest software is available)
